Error sign on players

Please help Everytime i log on i see many player with the error sign on there head or error sign as a character, i added all content, download CSS content and maps and i verified the games files please help i will appreciate it

Just to start, this would probably be best in the technical support forum, not here. Second when was the last time you clicked “subscribe to all” on the content pack? New stuff is added every so often, especially after a major update.

Third make sure you’re allowing the server to download needed content

I've just tried it and it was already on that option and i've looked on console and it says in red
'Extended Citizens v4 [ADDON]' is missing Addon, ServerContent, Dupe, Demo or Save tag!
'Enhanced Citizens v4' is missing Addon, ServerContent, Dupe, Demo or Save tag!
Couldn't retrieve ISteamUGC install info for 752518749!

Nvm i fixed it, all i needed to do its reinstall it
