Request Reason:I was at a scene where some dude was shoot i didnt shoot anyone i didnt even have a gun out the officer there told me to go and eazy e comes out of no where tries to handcuff me so i hop in my car and take off and they fire a shot at me and then they were following me for 1 min and they lost me and when they found me they started code redding me when i didnt hit any officer or civ so they had no reason to code red me

I don't understand where OP thinks he was code red, I was shooting at his tires only on Trinity. An officer called for backup on crest and I responded. The officer stated he was out with a shooting that just occurred and was trying to detain individuals. I attempted to talk to OP but he decided to run off and a pursuit was initiated.

If someone called a code red on him, it was not me. Clearly if he was code red I wouldve shot him.

OP also intentionally cropped out several minutes of video where he was caught, and the video proves there was no intent to kill him.

After Reviewing the footage I have come to the following conclusion.:

Eric Grice didn't shoot to injure/kill at your vehicle as seen in both clips. In the first clip he hasn't even shot/hit your car at all.
In the second clip you were shot at indeed but none of the bullets actually hit you or your car at any time (as you did not lose any HP nor did your car lose any HP from the bullets). This indicates he was not attempting to Code Red you but to try and shoot your tires without aiming for the parts that could injure you and thus be seen as a code red.

Conclusion: There is insufficient evidence to indicate he was preforming a code Red in a false manner.
