Here at Ferdinand Talent Service we are looking to assist the best and brightest clients in reaching their true potential.
Clients may be selected from any organization, at any level, with any amount of wealth. While clients will be selected by myself and my trusted advisors. This process may be circumvented by paying a commission fee which may allow you to skip the process of waiting to be selected (Depending on the commission size to confirm skipping the wait entirely or just confirming interest). If a commission is paid and you are still not deemed to be fit to be recruited into the scouting agency you will be informed why and how you can improve and possibly make the cut next time.
My personal feelings toward someone or any organization will not factor into the initial scouting process. Once selected for testing clients will be examined on; skill, creativity and personality. You can be a genius money maker but if you don't know how to carry yourself you will be hated within the community and your gift restricted.
