Request Reason: Initially it started with Fleeing and Eluding, then it went onto taking Mayor hostage even when telling the SS to stop, and eventually to a shootout. Basically just a load of corruption in all facets.

Hey man, I wasn't even taking the mayor as hostage. If I was he would have demoted me, he was not even cuffed and was able to communicate via /gov for help but he chose not to. We just didn't bother stopping after a car hit us and the passenger flew because they weren't wearing a seatbelt. I should've stopped even but didn't so I'll admit my fault on that.

After further review, it does seem like @Jay Cutter didn't cooperate with the police department and fled the scene, since there is not really evidence of SS taking the mayor hostage, @Jay Cutter will only receive a verbal for fleeing the police, as a government official you cannot be corrupt unless approved. Next time make sure you're cooperating with police in the near future.
