What happened: you see my friend crashed and he approached me and gave me a picture in discord because he doesn't know how to report on forums so i did for him: he lost his stuff this is his reply in English: (Friend) : the server crashed while i was crushing and basing.

What do you need refunded: 10 Iron chunks,10 Coal chunks, 500 iron ores, 500 coal ores.

Only ask refunds for things that are from your inventory. Do not make a refund request for your friends. Force them to make a forum account and if needed let them use the picture you used.
