Game Crashes when trying to load into the server

Hello guys!

So, for some reason my game is crashing when the server is at 'Sending Client Info'. I've downloaded all the content so it has nothing to do without any content. I am not sure whats causing this issue or what but any help would be appreciated

This has happened to me countless times. What I usually do is, 1. restart my computer and try again 2. Sit in the gmod menu for a couple of minutes then join the server 3. Continuously try to join (usually takes up to 3 times for me)

Suggest trying the above or loading into a single player map first then joining the server,

@Hazza Already tried joining via single player map and didn't work

i have the same problem I just have to keep retrying to get in and eventually it works
