Reason for Report:
In short I'm reporting gm1003 for abuse of administrative power in the form of repairing his own car part of an active RP scene to gain an advantage and give himself and his comrades part of the bank robbery a means of escape to the split cash.

I was a detective at the bank during a bank robbery choosing to stay outside as to not confuse other officers and get shot, as the robbery wraps up I head back to my vehicle to return on duty off the call and notice people exiting bank into the Red Vehicle which was previously shot and disabled but as you will be able to see in the video evidence provided it is fully repaired from who I come to find out was @gm1003. As their vehicle leaves to bank I follow out of curiosity to maybe find out or see who repaired the car since it was part of that robbery scene. The vehicle approaches the hospital intersection and fails to stop at the red light so me being in a vehicle with lights and sirens attempt to pull the vehicle over (Rule 5.2.3.6 allows me too). But the vehicle fails to stop initiating a pursuit, I did not know the make/ model of the car as you see I do not end up making a callout until I can maybe identify the vehicle or have it stopped without the need for more units, whether or not that was the most professional decision is out of this scope of report. Upon chasing the vehicle to behind the casino I make a back up call not wanting to approach a group of people on my own and even move out of the way for the White vehicle leaving, the red vehicle follows and I attempted to U-turn to follow it but am shot and killed. As you will see Moderator Drew intervened in the situation as he had been watching over fortunately for me and is able to punish the shooter and also give evidence of gm1003s abuse of power. You can also hear while I'm in the critical state them talking about splitting the money meaning they must be the people from the bank raid who escaped, likely with gm1003 who repaired his vehicle to escape.

The video evidence provided will include everything from the time of the car being repaired right up until the sit including the casino shooter and drew state whos vehicle it was and who repaired it.

After watching the video I can tell that this is indeed my personal vehicle, in the heat of the moment (running from the police after a bank robbery) I repaired it with the context menu instead of using a wheel repair kit and/or an engine repair kit, confusing it with a spawned in vehicle, seeing as how my main priority was to escape the police who have declared us code red as we murdered LEO's. I include the part about "spawned-in vehicles" because I frequently repair cars with the context menu as vehicles spawned in by staff (something I do a lot when I RP as a cop and sometimes as a civilian to show off some sports cars to the players that they like to see) cannot be repaired by the NPC at the mechanic shop so I repair it with the context menu

However, I do not think this would have impacted the bank robbery at all, as I could have just as easily used an engine repair kit and/or a wheel kit to repair my vehicle and escape. The result would have been the same

I would have gladly resumed roleplay and be forced to use a wheel repair kit and/or engine repair kit if you would have brought this mistake up to me in-game, but I never was notified of my slip up from you. I genuinely apologize if you see this mistake on my part as abusive
