Got perm ban and want it to be lifted please

I was selling my car then I went to help my grandma for like 2 mins and came back and my car didn't sell so I pressed sell again and it perm banned me from the server for exploiting can I be unban or like what I just want to play and a donated to the server by buying premium 2x I just want to be unban please get back to me when you can.
