How to pick up deployed items

I'd just like to know how to pick up a metalworking bench I deployed. I feel dumb for posting here but holding E doesn't work as it just opens the crafting menu and the OOC chat is as helpful as always. Thanks.

If alt + e doesn’t work, you’ll need to set your alt key to “move slowly” in the miscellaneous movement section of the keyboard settings in options.

For this example I'll be using a Fridge (for LSD)

If you've encountered a object that isn't picking up when pressing E and holding your mouse cursor over the object it's most likely because the object USE is E and the pickup key is ALT+E, press ALT + E whilst holding your mouse cursor over the object, you may need to get a better angle on the object as sometimes it doesn't register. If the item is not able to be picked up no matter what you do then do !report (If you have a second I'm currently experiencing a issue with picking up my item), staff will respond accordingly, in the meantime you should take S.S and video showing proof in case a Refund Request is needed later.

*Sometimes items have been known to become untouchable once placed, although since the updates it's mostly been fixed there are a few cases every now and again.*
