I cant receive any kind of notification bottom like org invitations

Basically i cant receive any kind of notification like org invitations i try to get inside msiders the co owner invite me but i dont receive any kind of notification i cant event open the option to accept invitations i think im glitched or is the server and i want to know if you can fix this and help me with this problem

This is most of the time just a bug, has it persisted throughout multiple times playing on the server?

For my 999th message on this forum. This has been moved to solved due to no response.
This user was also "last seen" at the beginning of March when this thread was made.
