Hey there Raven. We usually require that you rejoin the server after completion of your purchase. Have you received your rank yet or is this still an outgoing support request?
Please click on the STORE button. This can be found as an option on the forums. Then click on Cancel Subscription [make sure to login] and it should tell you wether the premium is active and the account it's currently being holded on
