A description of your technical issue: I was having problems with my game before but it wasn't to do with this. So I reinstalled the game and all the content everything is fine except my inventory it's invisible.
Has it happened before?: No
Extraneous details/description: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1849633775 I tried to buy other things in the only thing that seemed to show up in my inventory where repair kits

Can you provide all items that are invisible? It might be that you don’t have certain addons downloaded.
Judging by that you can see other items in your inventory...
Is this a regular occurrence?

I'm so sorry I also forgot to mention I can see every item in my bank but when I transferred over to my inventory it goes invisible. Also yes every time I log on my inventory is invisible. the items in my inventory are ammo energy drinks seeds for some plant and food

I doubt CSS would be the problem seeing how these are custom items and yes I have CSS mounted

Do you have all of the addons from the content pack installed?
Do you have “fast weapon switch” turned off? (Options>Advanced> Fast Weapon Switch)

yes I have all the content installed also I had weapons fast switch turned off

Try these one at a time and see if any of them work out for you, please.
  1. Try resetting all video settings to default.
  2. Verify the game integrity for Garry's Mod. Steam --> Game library --> Right-click Garry's Mod --> Properties --> Local Files --> Very Integrity of Game Files
  3. Try uninstalling all addons for Garry's Mod and reinstall them.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall Garry's Mod.

none of these worked sadly. But I also found something else that is strange whenever I do a trade I can also see my items it's just whenever I press F3 I can't.

You’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Garry’s mod?
Unsubscribe from all addons, then uninstall Garry’s mod completely from your computers files.
Reinstall garry’s mod- while having the game launched, subscribe again to our content packs and make sure you have no other addons from other servers installed or subscribed. Write back if this worked, or didn’t.

I have reinstall Garry's Mod three times and the subscriptions 2 times. I don't think this has anything to do with me not having content because I can see my inventory inside my Bank perfectly fine it's just when I open the F3 menu I can't.

I wasn't getting errors when I transferred items in and out but I did get these error when I loaded in game I hope this helps.
This could just be nonsense and I'm really sorry if it is I don't understand a single thing about this stuff.

I've never had this bug but you can try transferring these invisible items into your bank, leave the bank menu, go back into the bank and take the items out again.

I've done everything I've dropped them out of my inventory pick them up nothing. Got rid of them bought new items still invisible. it's only for certain things like ammo, cake and coconut cocktails also the wheel repair kits its a very strange bug.

Whoops, my bad.

Try just factoring resetting gmod:

1) Navigate to your GarrysMod directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod)
2) open FactoryReset-GMod.bat and follow its instructions
