Unblacklist Reason: (1. VS the FAIL RP) He was tazed because (He was not known as the traffic stop suspect, and was taken as a threat near a police scene, due to running around in the road and being too close to the police scene, in my mind he was a possibly armed suspect that was interfering with a police investigation, and/or evading the police scene, and/or threatening or have already hurt LEO.) Even as the traffic stop suspect which was unknown to me, he should of never exited the vehicle. I brought him to the investigation room under the charges of (Obstructing Justice, due to interfering with the arrest of the other guy as seen in the video, he was also subject to a charge of resisting for blocking the doorway in the PD) Instead of making official charges on the 2 players, i instead messed with them a bit for fun, and for the attempt to gain information and/or trust since the charges were petty, though i feel i prevented a possible death/harm of an LEO.
(2. VS the POWER GAMING) The recording player was searched due to probable cause. (Exiting the Vehicle during a Traffic infraction which could be looked at as evading police and/or attempting to hurt LEO by pulling a weapon) In my case, i had no clue who he was, he was just running around on foot around the Police Scene, in the road which is taken as a threat or crime of evading police scene, also that is Jay walking)
