Let me start from square one, Me (D6) , my dear friends Kevin (z9), Craig (RX55927R11DEZ) , and Thomas (Hello Migo) just finished a small raid on a layer two lake house. At the time of walking out the door to leave the raid multiple cop cars approach from all directions and start to open fire at us. We run to the cars and drive out of layer two and are heading to mid-town. We had 2 cars , Z9 & Craig & Thomas were in a white armored jeep "F&F" , me (D6') hopped in "Thomas's white Tesla X" due to being under heavy fire by the police force and in distress. As we approach town , i split ways from my team and go to sugar co. to lay low while they took a left onto the suburbs back road. After waiting a little at sugar co. i decide to leave and go into mid-town, as i was on my way to town hall i have 3 cop cars try to box me in with their police cruisers but fail (I get away). As i do a loop around main street , they partially manage to box me in once again and one officer decides to get out of their cruiser and begin firing at my vehicle to put a stop to the chase but fail once again (Me & my vehicle were very badly damaged and were at a very low HP).

I drive into the town hall parking lot with about 3-4 cruisers + a detective in a red skyline following me closely attempting to spin me out. As soon as i drive into the town hall parking lot i jump out of my vehicle and run into the court-room in town hall, to my surprise i look back and see no officers run into town hall after me. I wait 2-3 minutes and walk out and see a officer (that looks like the exact officer that got out of his cruiser firing at me next to Kappels with the same weapon variant and skin) escorting a member of my organization in handcuffs to the prison, with no other means of defending myself or my organization member i decide to use my car as a weapon to run the officer over that i thought attempted to kill me in my friends car.

Overall this is a big mix of events that I'm dearly sorry for, this was a HUGE misunderstanding that I attempted to explain during the admin sit but was unfortunately unable to convey in the heat of the moment. I can't remember how many times I said I was sorry during the admin sit but I know a "Sorry" wont always fix things how you want it too. I know my record is extensive, I'm human I make mistakes, A lot of mistakes, I am trying to reconcile my behavior and make up for all the times I wasted a staff members time in which he could be helping a different situation but he was stuck dealing with my rule break. To the officer I killed, i'm very sorry for the mistaken identity. In the streets of True north things tend to get heated when you're under the stress of a huge police chase after winning a raid. To the administrator i'm sorry for taking up your time with this sit due to my slip up. Seeing the 91 days ahead of me i can only expect "boring and bland" without any Monolith.

Your ban has been discussed and a conclusion has been reached.

You were in no danger, the cop didn't talk to you and was walking away from you.

You may use your vehicle as a weapon if your or a befriended life is in immediate danger and no other option of self defense is available.

Neither was your friends life in danger as no one was trying to kill him, he was only being arrested.
This is not to mention the fact that you run over and kill your friend before you even hit the officer, which more or less negates this whole argument.
This makes two counts of intentional VDM and this ban is legitimate. This concludes the ban itself, now to the next part.

To say that you have an extensive history with bans, warnings and rulebreaks would almost be an understatement at this point.
You have been given many, many chances, maybe even too many at this point.
@PMX has warned you personally a minimum of three times that continued rulebreaks would lead to severe consequences.

In all three of these appeals by you, you have apologized, said it wasn't who you were and that it wouldn't happen again. PMX has in all three accepted your apology, but warned you that continued rulebreaks would lead to consequences and much longer bans.
Unfortunately it seems that his faith in your apologies was misplaced and now those consequences manifest themselves.

You have been given many chances, more than most other players and I'm sorry to see that you keep squandering them.
Just like in all your previous appeals, you are apologizing profusely and stating how sorry you are, both to the administrator and the player involved. However you fail to actually change your behaviour.

Your ban will be increased to 1 year.
When you return after your ban, should you continue to break rules, be warned that it will be a permanent ban next time.
