Updated law book to Version 1.3, includes small adjustments, and added notes for certain laws. Added an addendum to some acts for clarification.

Update law book to Version 1.4, Added new items to the contraband list to accommodate for the upcoming bank heist system update, as well as the addition of the new drug.

Updated law book to Version 1.4.1 to include laws against smuggling and selling stolen human body parts, don't question why this became a thing, I honestly don't know. (Cough... Cough... Ali)

Updated to comply with new legislature regarding coca (poppy) seeds. They are now illegal alongside the rest of the parts of the plant.

REMINDER: To clarify any confusion the only weapons that can be owned legally are semi automatic handguns, and the AR-15, They are only legal when you have a valid firearms license. The AR-15 additionally must remain only on an owned property and may not be shown in public. Handguns can legally be taken in public as long as they are conceal carried or in a holster.

Updated with new farming regulation laws.
REMINDER: You must farm directly on property you own or that you have express and provable permission from the current landowner for it to be considered legal. The land must be directly a part of the property such as the backyard of a suburban house. A piece of land across from an owned property such as across a road or sidewalk does not classify as part of the property and is not legal.

The punishment guidelines have also been increased due to an increase in farming based gang violence and homicides.

• New laws regarding conspiracy to commit a crime and corresponding punishments.
• New laws for the two contraband lists and expanded punishments to the one that did not currently fall under another law.

• Change in terminology regarding narcotics and other illicit substances to match the ones regarding firearms to keep them constant, as well as allowing law enforcement more control over situations that could possibly constitute as suspicious and anti-social activity or narcotics distribution.

• Lockpicks are now considered fully illegal (Regardless of if they are used in a crime) - This is in preparation of future gameplay changes.

• A number of outdated laws have been removed from the law book, and a few things have been moved around or replaced in order to keep things organized.

1. Removed the Google Doc, in case of risks. Moved document entirely to forum thread.
2. Created sections out of forum spoilers to indicate each section of the law.
3. Lore created, laws from Monolith Highway Patrol. Move to Monolith Highway Patrol due to ever-changing maps and cities.
4. Section headers applied to the Traffic Offenses section, divided and much clearer to understand.

Update:
Small fixes to make a few laws easier to understand or more relevant to our gamemode.

Update for 10/16/2019
In order to prepare for the new prison system, ticket system, as well as the increased jailtime the max sentences of many of our laws has been increased or tweaked. The only ones that have really been touched are under the criminal law act, the rest or more or less untouched.
