There was a hostage inside the garage which I saw and called out on radio for backup, swat arrived on scene in less than a minute and we managed to rescue our officer, the guy in question had his hands up when he was asked to do so, but disappeared as a third person opened fire on us from behind, we couldn't find him anywhere nearby and assumed he disconnected.

After reviewing the evidence presented in this report, I have come to the following conclusion:

STEAM_0:0:122393094 (the reported party) was knowingly in a roleplay situation when he disconnected. Additionally, after a brief look at logs around the given timestamp, the disconnect was done by user and therefore an exception due to a connectivity issue is unnecessary.

STEAM_0:0:122393094 will therefore be receiving a 1 day ban for Disconnecting during an RP situation (LTAA).
