These requirements are essential if you would like to be accepted into the organisation if you do not meet the requirements you will most likely be denied. You will firstly need 15 or more makarovs including more than atleast $10,000 or more currently inside your bank.
If you are wanting to ally with us you must make sure that you arent at war with any of our allies otherwise we have no interest in being friends.
