When i talked to you you gave me the reason that he stole your fuel and that you did not care. I tried to talk normal with you but you kept giving the reason that he stole your fuel.
I understand it can be annoying that you walked all the way just to get fuel but this is not a valid reason to break a rule in this case it was prop pushing his car with him in it and almost killing him and people nearby.
Conclusion: Your appeal is Denied as you i find the unban reason weak and i understand it will not happen again but if think you still need to learn your lesson
