Any notes: After dying, I had checked my bank to see if I had been affected by the medical cost update and no money seemed to have been withdrawn from my bank account. Upon logging into the server just now, I see that 50K has been withdrawn from my account which I attribute to the medical cost update. The medical cost thread is closed, but as I was affected by the (hopefully reverted) change and unable to see the consequence until now, I'm applying for a refund.
