Request reason: I was under the impression that what he was doing is against some rule in some way; I'm unsure. Mostly I would just like a review of the evidence I bring forth and a clear answer. Is what he is doing allowed? This is some great RP if it is.

Additional members involved/witnessing: I tried to report this to @Brad when it happened. But he must have been busy or my report was not detailed enough.

Addendum: I did end up fixing the car but only bc I was unsure if I was in the wrong or not. He did said he was a mentor so he might know the rules. Hopefully he is right.

There is nothing in the rules that states you cannot place mechanics under fear rp.

When I spoke to you in game you said you cannot do it to mechanics or in the garage but there is nothing about mechanics and the stuff about doing it near npcs or prem boxes is mugging or kidnapping people, that is not the same as fear rp.

You can resist or try to run as there is only 1 of me but you did try to charge me 20k for my repairs so that is why I took it to a more extreme case of rp. No rules have been broken here i believe, please correct me if I am wrong.

I did not attempt to mug or kidnap you all I did was place a gun in your direction and told you to repair my car to intimidate which not against the rules.

You also state in the report reason that you have no rules that I have broken but are sure there is one, this shows you have not bothered to check the rules for a rule break and that you are not really reporting me for doing something wrong, you are just a bit annoyed at what I did. That is a bit immature in my opinion for just reporting for the sake of it.

That is not a thing, i was intimidating you with a gun and at no point did i take money, weapons or confiscatables which is what you mug for. You tried to charge me 20k for repairs as apparently they were "exclusive" or "specialist" parts for the tesla and i got out and pointed a gun and told you to repair it.

That makes sense in RP and does not break any rules, please find an exact rule that has been broken with the rule number then i am happy to review this all. For now this is just a complaint and not really a report.

Thank you for the report, but this report is DENIED. You were charging him a crazy amount ($20,000) to repair your car so he chose to put you under gunpoint to repair his car. Although, if you were charging him a normal amount like $500 or $1000, then putting you under gunpoint would seem pretty dumb of him.
