Extraneous details/description: I have redownloaded the latest content pack multiple times and the CSS pack and it hasn't worked.

Your files are corrupted, Reset your gmod and delete your addon folder then reinstall it

I just deleted it and reinstalled and it's still the same. I have every texture in the game except for the microwave
