Missing texture for workbench [ERROR]

I wanted to use the workbench then afterwards pick up but i can't because of missing texture

So i need help to fix this C:

You need to subscribe to the latest content pack for the server from here : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1921957686

If you are still getting errors after downloading it, then you are missing some counter-strike source files. You either need to buy the game or download the files from an external website. This video will help you walk through the steps to do that:
