Reason for Report: Unfair decision made during major developing issues. A few chaotic moments ensued. I feel this decision to blacklist a bunch of people from vehicles for driving erratically during such chaotic times considering vcmod was screwed up and it wasn't like anybody had anything else to do because vehicles were mostly broken nobody could drive anywhere and there was like 20 people on tricycles that the server administrators spawned in for people was very unfair. People were ramming into each other everywhere. Yet me and my buddy who were street racing each other get issued vehicle blacklists and nobody else does?
