Which Staff issued the Warning Point: @Funtimedoom but @SCOTTISH was the one who ordered it

Reason for the warning point(s):two days ago a cop decided to put cuffs on me because idk y and i lagged for like 5 min so i didnt know wat was happeing then i came back and i was in the car it was driving away and our ally Raiders shot the car
Why should the point(s) be removed:Because their was no cop baiting involved on my part

Hey @Yvng Dreads ,

As this appeal involves a prior situation which I have already covered multiple times, I will paste the following:

In addition, if you hold a position in the Mentor Program and violate server rules you are subject to removal BUT in this instance, I was informed by a Senior Administrator that this would be a warning and if you were to receive further punishment you would be removed, if you are removed from the program this is not my fault as you broke server rules, in which you would have to refer to management in regards to this issue.

Regarding the punishment issued to you (1 out of 7) for the rules violations of Fail Roleplay/Cop Baiting.

Situation: As some of the people may know who was originally part of the sit-in-game, video evidence was provided as multiple users reported of rule violations of Random Death Match. On review of the video provided, a large group of people mostly apart of the same organisation were inciting a situation with law enforcement as they ask for people to leave the area, most likely due to another matter. Your group failed to do so and one individual was directly inciting the law enforcement by stating they are going to stab them with the machete in which they were detained, that individuals actions were not just and shouldn't have happened, they stayed at a situation when not necessary, defying law enforcement, making threats verbally and physically.

As a group, you all ran around, some going in between cars, jumping on cars, pulling weapons out and overall making a situation when not necessary, as a group you made threats towards law enforcement for the hopes of getting a response, even some of the members on your radio frequency broke character to state that you shouldn't be doing this as its cop baiting.

To conclude, whether you were at the "sit" taken by myself or not, all users there were informed that punishment will be decided based on the videos provided and the outcome was the situation shouldn't have happened and in result, all users attempting to incite a response of law enforcement as per with server rules were punished for the following:

• FailRP - Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role.
• Cop Baiting - The act of excessively provoking Law Enforcement for the sole purpose of having them chase you or incite some other reaction from them for your own mere enjoyment.

As far as the mentor situation, neither Scottish nor Funtime have been in charge of who is or isn't a mentor at any given point in time. They assign punishments to mentors as normal players and a senior administrator or higher will decide if the punishment, as well as other factors like a mentor's behavior in a sit, warrants removal from the role.

Having said that, I don't see a reason for the punishment to be removed at this time.
