Money Bags

A description of your technical issue: Money bags are unable to buy!
Has it happened before?: Yes I found a fix last year somehow with try and error over and over, but now its back
Extraneous details/description: I am high enough level, I have the money on me, I am not in combat, I have no warrant on me, I have Content + CSS, I have only Monolith and no other content installed, I hard reseted garrysmod allready, I resubbed all addons, Nothing In console, I even have Payday 2 installed if that matters somehow here is a video:

Have you checked “solved” for your issue?: yes, I did found a thread to it but there was no "fix" for it

This is moreso a bug then anything.

@Aleksandr For shits and giggles have you tried carrying more than what the NPC asks for? Could be the known bug that NPC prices are inaccurate and less than what is presented.

I had around 1,3k then the NPC requsted. Also when someone buys the bag for me and drops it me and I pick it up. It is invisble/not in my inventory
