Monolith isn't showing up

You can join by using the IP in the console ("connect 208.103.169.58") or with the legacy browser.
But I assume that your problem is that you just don't see the server on the list, but you are able to join the server?
Try to verify gmod's game cache (right click on gmod in the steam library> properties> local files> verify integrity of game files) and wait a couple of minutes before you open gmod again.

There was a bug like this that happened to me before,couldnt see server and if you tried direct connecting it would say something along the lines of "Steam Id auth failed", i dont think there was a fix besides me just waiting for a couple hours.
