It is the responsibility of all officers to stay up to date on policy and procedure. Lack of knowledge is not an excuse for a violation.
All law enforcement entities within the jurisdiction of the State of Monolith have entered into the following agreement. The following Standard Operating Procedures/Department Policy and Regulations are shared among all branches of law enforcement. Excluding Federal entities including but not limited to: the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, and the Department of Defense.
Please Note that the policy manual may periodically updated with no notice it is the responsibility of the officers to keep up to date with policy information.
