Monoford Police Department
Training Session
The Monoford Police Department Command requests that certain law enforcement agents attend the training session that will take place at the Monoford Conventions Center, 5th of May 2020 at 16:00 EST. The law enforcement officers that must attend the training sessions are those with the following ranks:
- Police Chief
- Police Captain
- SWAT Commander
- Police Lieutenant
- Police Sergeant
If you cannot attend the training session, you must report that to a Police Lieutenant or above.

Training regime:
- Handling Citizen complaints against your team;
- Proper protocol of officer termination;
- Proper usage of disciplinary action;
- Addressing the public on public safety concerns;
- Proper teamwork and cohesion during large incidents;
- The Incident Command System (ICS) Chain of Command;
- Proper supervisory presence in the public eye
Results: After training, Law Enforcement supervisors will have strong understanding in handling themselves properly and professionally under public scrutiny. They will also be able to define and follow proper practice in the reporting, discipline and tracking of officers, complaints and general public feedback.
The officers will be expected to follow all the procedures and protocols they learned in this training session. Failure to do so may result in their demotion.
NOTE: Any law enforcement officers meeting the required standards to take a leadership role (Player and police level) may also participate.
