I can also vouch for this. epicluca was minging like crazy, tased and arrested a bunch of people as a security cadet. There was a server wide witch hunt for this guy. He also participated in this behavior two days ago, you can even see in the police records that he was arrested 2 other times before he was arrested for the 3rd time (last night). I have videos but unfortunately I am not sure if anything can link him to the crime, I have a video where he tases me. He was chasing after some guy that was literally minding his own business and walking in the street. And it wasn't like there was an RP situation for tasing people, now, he went all the way over to TH just so he can tase people. You can literally ask almost anybody that was on the server at the time about "Taser Man". Later on after this man was arrested and sent to jail, he meta gamed and got one of his friends to break him out. But his friend was a tad bit dim because he didnt let him out of the PD nor did he take off the cuffs. Also, the worst part about the meta game was that he wasn't even a civilian. He switched jobs, became a cop, unlocked all the doors but the exits (for whatever reason), then got caught by the chief/LT. after he quit jobs. I do not have evidence of this but metagaming is the only way possible for that guy to have been broken out. Also in the video you can hear the guy complaining about how his friend was arrested for no reason (there was plenty reason) which was how he tried justifying becoming a cop and freeing him.

In this video you can clearly see he trying to tase somebody who was literally doing nothing,he followed him from TH all the way to the bank. After this video he was revived and arrested.

In this video, I was suspicious about the guy metagaming, so I confiscated his comms when I rearrested him after he tried escaping (I found him walking around in the PD). me, a police officer, a sargent, and a cadet were standing guard just in case somebody tried breaking him out, we hear the door open up so we dash to the door. The rest is in the video.

Note: I thought I had a video of me killing him two days ago after he legit randomly tased one of my org members but I guess I don't. Also, I would like to mention something that I think is very Important. Two days ago he tased someone that was only a few minutes into the server. (The reason my org member was tased was because she confronted him and asked him why he tased that guy for seemingly no reason). This occured at the garage near slums apartment, why a security cadet was there so far away from the bank I will never know. He was a completely new guy that was tryina have some fun on a new server. (I assume he was new because in OOC he simply said 'Hi' and everybody responded saying hello back, I believe he also asked about how to level up) He tased him, and because of that I think the man left and did not want to return. He was banned by console for leaving while restrained. That's one less player on monolith because of this guy. I do not remember what the new guys steam name was. I remember it started with a capital 'K', had another capital letter (M?). Something like KevynMatt or something like that.
If I remember any new details I will try to write them down.
