As stated in the above document, Murky Weather has decided to move operation to Truenorth. It will offer a variety of services that will not be listed here for legal reasons. If you wish become an operative as either a generalist or specialist you must meet the requirement of either having at least 50 in most skills, or 99 in one skill. If you are part of another organization, you may still apply to be an operative, as it is not required to wear to tag to take jobs.
