Nice list. Pulp fiction is a good one.
Just a recommendation, as u like interstellar and I you consider watching anime I highly suggest you watch "Gunbuster" anime. It's a 6 episode 22min each, it has very similar themes as Interstellar movie along with a nice animation and amazing soundtrack. A rly great piece u should watch considering u like Interstellar movie.
