My friend had this, the only way he could fix it was fully resetting his pc. So you gotta go delete some files or some shit (dont reset ur pc)

something similar happened to me a long time ago he go hopefully this works
1) Go to your GarrysMod directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod)
2) open FactoryReset-GMod.bat and follow its instructions
