Need Help

So right now I am kind of in a sticky situation. I bought premium off someone for in game money. I didn't get the premium but the seller showed me the reciept to paypal matching the time I bought it. Now the thing is I brought this up to staff and they reffered me to a single staff member. It's been around two weeks with very little progress/updates. I don't really want to act impatient and rush them but at the same time I don't know how much longer this is going to go on. Just want to make sure that there is no hate twoards any specific staff members or anything, just looking for advice.

Maybe its the steam id issue. Maybe the premium went to someone else cause of a wrong id.
