While I was driving to supermarket from the Town Hall parking lot, I saw my friend, (@Immortalized ) being arrested by an officer whose name I do not remember. In seeing and hearing Immortalized, and that he was being arrested, I took quick action in an attempt to free him. I reversed until I was near him, hit a curb, which made my car roll down the PD parking lot entrance, causing me to run over Immortalized. The arresting officer ordered me to step out of my vehicle with his taser, so I took off without looking in front of me (to see if he would pull a weapon) and in panic, ran over an officer in front of me. Both deaths were on complete accident. The arresting officer lied in the sit and said that I attempted to run him over and there were officers behind him that I hit, even when I braked before I could possibly hit him or the non-existent officers behind him. Luvbunny went off the words of the officer who was lying, even Immortalized said he was, and refused to look at the video evidence that I thought I had (even if I did have evidence he refused to look at it) and I feel this ban is far too long for accidentally running people over, with 2 priors from a month ago.
I wish to be unbanned so that I may continue my RP as usual and so my money spent on premium isn't wasted.

I would trust him hitting a curb but cant really know if its true but knowing this map probably did hit a curb, but the officer who I dont remember the name of either had kept making lies saying the officer he hit was behind craigs car when he was infront

Hey there,

i didn't judge by the words of the officer but rather by what reasoning you provided me for running over two separate people.

As i already stated ingame, i don't see how accidently running over two people over may be an excuse to do so - especially since you stated that you already knew that your car was hard to control.

Due to your amount of priors you were banned.

As you seem to not get the reason behind my judgment, and fail to see your wrong doing by 'Running over someone in panic', i have to agree that the first of two vehicle deathmatches could be considered accidental, as you tried to free him in the first place.

Your ban will be reduced to 3 days.
