List of changes
- Added a point system for anti-spam in chat ( /me, /it, /ic contribute less to this point system, meaning you wont be muted nearly as much )
- Fixed not being able to equip the winter hats outside of Christmas
- Fixed gingerbread men showing up in Daily Rewards
- Fixed missing distance checks for certain interactions
- Fixed DP-28 not showing up on a players back
- Fixed being able to double clamp a vehicle if it was already clamped by someone else
- Fixed notifications not showing up when you fail to purchase clothes
