Request reason: Rule 4.4.1.4 under Mugging: You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Hospital, Fire Department and City Hall. The player in question comes up with a gun while we're dealing with reviving someone and mugs us in front of the hospital NPC.

No admins were on at the time of these incidents.

I also have video of 8B1t doing this once again in front of the gas station in a public street downtown which I will upload in a little bit

Evidence of 8B1t mugging me at gun point in public after I pulled someone and demanded to see their ID. I had to pull out my gun to make them comply under FearRP which they eventually did. Hence why he mentions me pulling out a weapon in the video. His "friend" was in a completely different org and even says he just joined the server a few mins ago and has no idea what's going on.

The first situation involved my friend getting arrested, he was also in danger with the Police pointing weapons at him so the moment I saw a opportunity I took it and put them under FearRP, they complied with demands so they were let go and me and my buddies escape.

(Secondly, I did not mug/rob anyone, the definition of mugging will be below.)

The second situation is different, I was following a friend who just connect to the server when a cop lights him up and pulls him over, so I went to investigate without weapons. The cop spoke about the reasoning (something along the lines of) "We've had a user with weapons who held cops up at gunpoint in HP", I knew it was me so I was a little scared but continued to remain calm. He then goes around my car to gather my license plate (which I was pretty sure the cops had my name) so I put him under FearRP to both get the person who reported me for the incident and to prevent him from putting me under arrest, while dealing with the situation he broke a command given "look at the car, don't look away" so he was executed.

I'm the "friend" involved. I had just rejoined the server from downloading an extension and was on my way back to the woodcutting area. I was then told to follow 8B1t cause he wanted to talk. When i turned around, the officer pulled me over and put me at gunpoint for no reason, my mic was muted for a while unbeknownst to me, and when I unmuted, the situation dissolved. I went to go about my business, and then I saw 8b1t with the cop at gunpoint. I asked what happened and he said that he had the cop at gunpoint because he was looking for him and because he was threatening us. I had no knowledge of why the cop was looking for him, and I wasn't involved with that, so I left. From my point of view, 8b1t's actions were completely justified if the cop was indeed searching for him. He kept asking for his I.D, which 8b1t was avoiding since the cops clearly knew who they were looking for, and the cop wasn't gonna let him go without identifying him, he also clearly had an illegal weapon on his person and would've been arrested if that was found. I don't really see what other option's 8b1t had here than to put the cop at gunpoint in order to get away from the potential arrest. Cops shouldn't just claim that they were "kidnapped" just because they happened to be in a public place at the time of the stop in my opinion. He wasn't RDM'ed and 8b1t was just trying to avoid arrest from what I saw. The video in front of the gas station is very misleading.

There are more ways as a cop to persuade someone to let them see their ID. Pulling out a gun is perhaps a bit overkill.

8B1T's reasons to put you under fearRP were just, It's part of the game.
