I crashed into that white car by accident and gave the red car a ticket for illegaly parked what is wrong by that? and also why did you record yourself making the report.

As stated on your previous ban request, traffic infractions/accidents are not bannable unless it's causing VDM. In this case I do see it didn't appear he tried to stop at all, but again, this is not something you would typically bring to this forum.
