Request Reason: I was a police officer. I got reports that secret service were running over civilians at the repair shop and talking about executing citizens. I responded to the repair shop and attempted to perform a traffic stop on a secret service officer. As I was arresting him, another secret service agent (Deshawn) came behind us and tried to gun us all down. I was able to kill him, but soon another secret service agent gunned us down all over again. That SS officer's name and steam_ID were not clear enough in my video to see who he was, and the admin on duty never responded to me to give it to me. All of my in-game reports were closed immediately without any response. Secret service proceeded to murder multiple other officers, and all of the other people who made in-game reports also had their tickets closed without any response.

I never got any notification of a response to the tickets, all I saw is that they were closed and I wasn't able to access the ticket after they were closed.

It says in the rules that corruption is only allowed with permission from a senior administrator or above. Seeing as Maj.Kat is a server director, did he get permission from a community manager or community director? Or did he give himself permission to be corrupt?

If he gave himself permission, that seems very abusive.

Corruption was authorized to the Mayor and his Secret Service, regardless if it was authorized by me or not, there was another Senior Administrator on if it matters to you. You made at least 2 reports which we all responded to that the Mayor and SS are corrupt, like gm1003 said you should understand how the report system works. If you would still like to keep this report up knowing this information and Community Manager will handle this.

Yes. I feel that as a server director, you should have gotten permission to do that from a rank above your own (community director or community manager), for the sake of both accountability and hierarchy. The situation felt very mingy and I don't think that situation should have been present in the server, as it took away from the quality of RP so much that the entire police force quit and/or left the server.

Corruption will always be authorized by Senior Administrators and above, no matter what your rank is. Authorization from Community Management is therefore not necessary for Server Directors as long as other Senior Staff members are available. The authorizing staff member is responsible for anything that happens during the granted corruption.
We have strict guidelines to not involve yourself as a staff member in your own roleplay situations.

All of my in-game reports were closed immediately without any response.

All your in-game reports were quickly answered via the built-in chat and closed after since no staff action was required.

After review, there is no misuse of administrative powers from Maj. Kat. This staff report is therefore denied.
