Request Reason: Context; I was capturing gang zones when we got killed by people breaking NLR, We got stabilized and revived by @Marwan and were out to get them and while setting up 2 cops pull up on me and arrest me for 22 minutes for something I did not do and didn't investigate nor get concrete evidence that it was me, quitting this trash server after this as it is annoying having to deal with consistent rule breaks from fat people getting a slap on the wrist for something that literally causes players to quit the server. then to make matters worse I was going to log off the server after failing to obtain a lockpick from the toilet I got cuffed and took a LTARP ban cause this whole situation that shouldn't have happened in the first place

Dear @heater,

Following a review of the provided statement and evidence, a conclusion has been made. In short, your concerns have been noted and I understand how frustrating it can be when your server experience is disrupted by others from negative actions or impacting violations of server rules. The staff team is committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. However, there is insufficient evidence to determine a rule violation by the listed players. The players on the police faction do have probable cause to detain you if they believe you have committed a crime (further note, you also broke traffic laws giving law enforcement the ability to stop you) and during their search, they found an illegal firearm further warranting an arrest. Although you may not have been the initial person responsible for the claimed crime, you matched and description that they followed. Whether it was you or not, I do not see their actions as an intent to violate server rules nor under the direct scope as such. In my judgment, I believe you should re-direct this report to our Police Reports system as they may infer blacklist restrictions or otherwise from their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or policies which they can investigate and issue a punishment.

In terms of your ban for disconnecting the server whilst cuffed, this will stay valid on our system. In the future, if you need to leave you have the option to contact staff in-game to request permission to avoid violating the rule.
