@Brad I let this go in game. After it occurred in game, I went to take the report and witnessed @Xarion Fail Driving, breaking character, and breaking NLR in which he was issued 2 warning points for. The accussed was asked why he did what he did and he described as the fact that he felt the officer was screwed with no backup and no help so he used his vehicle as a weapon to help the cop as a good samaritan. Just filling you in.
