Your evidence to support your claim: In this clip he failed tase me even when I was crouching in a corner, before this he was chasing me. I believe it wasn't necessary tasing me when I wasn't causing any harm, he should've also warned me before he was going to tase me.

In this clip he was pointing with his physics gun, in the general roleplay rules it says

1. A physgun may not be utilised as a pointer or laser to attract people's attention or similar. Using it in this manner can result in a blacklist from using it at all.

In the admin sit he was using it to point at people in spawn.

While the person you made a report about should not have been using his laser as a pointer, this was a relatively minor offense that will only be met with a verbal warning. Given your statement about the first clip (and taking the situation into context), I don't see any need for administrative action. This player report has been partially accepted.
