Ok so, I watched it. I do agree that the metalworking table was bluntly stolen, however I also believe that you shouldn't make these things in the bank as it is your responsibility too. I did not see any /me and there was a lot of people around it so yea the guy will be punished. But don't make stuff in the bank, it's public and a government building so no crafting should happen there. Locked & Moved.
