as for this clip in the report, I was riding with Ethan Oxford because my car was stolen. Ethan arrests Baljeet, me unknowing of the false arrest that occurred because this happened right after I shot baljeet, I thought he got revived. If there was anything I would get punished for is my police conduct according to the Police SoPs. Once he was in his cell, I shortly said he wasn't arrested. I don't get why I got punished for player targetting when I was the one that let him go from jail after this video, once I determined that he had done nothing because he told me he respawned. I honestly thought they were friends and were just messing around. As this happens with Roger and others.

I apologize to Baljeet if he felt that I was disrupting his experience. I would also like to add that player targetting to my understanding is when you continuously ruin a player's experience stemming from malice which I didn't have. Also, I didn't do anything physical atleast like tasing, arresting, batoning, shooting out tires, or any of those things that wasn't justifiable according to the rules. All I said was haha your arrested or something along the lines of that which counts as player targetting, honestly, I don't understand.

Hi Benson, in my original player report I said that it was primarily directed to Ethan Oxford and those clips were more used as evidence for him rather than you.
To be honest, I shouldn't have included you in the final report but I didn't know how involved you were at the time.
