It wasn't dealt with in game and I had really no knowledge of the situation other than that the cops didn't value life. He was uploading the video to send to me and while waiting for it I had to go. So the situation should be dealt with here.

For not valueing the hostage's life, acting without orders, RDM and with that ruining the RP. The following players will be punished:
Geovanni Zanetti (STEAM_0:0:433619922) will be banned for 2 days and blacklisted from the police force for a month.
Billy Joe (STEAM_0:0:202025421) will be banned for 2 days and blacklisted from the police force for a month.
Bob Will (STEAM_0:1:114695710) will recieve a 1 week blacklist from the police force.

All the accused players have the right to appeal this ban/blacklist.
