Have you tried deleting your addons (not any CSS content) @ C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons?

It’s in Rako’s content pack. If neither of these suggestions work, do a fresh reinstall. Nothing else we can suggest. Moved to
