legit don't know how i was cop baiting ? lmao i said peace not violence i was legit just chilling and then u start to shoot at me lmao i never called my friends to come help me on radio they were getting ready to do a hostage thing right before and saw u shooting at me

First off this was very much copbait there was no reason to have a class 3 out infront of hospital at all and you coming up to me running away then shooting me once and then putting your hands up almost seemed like you wanted me to shoot you as you were putting your hands up then 3 of your friends were off to the side waiting to kill me

its pretty obvious this was cop baiting and even if your friends weren't apart of it you were still copbaiting by roaming with a class 3 for no reason

so me saying peace not violence then running away when u had ur gun on me is cop baiting right? i never shot u first or even was gonna shoot u until u started to shoot at me and miss i only shot u cause u shot me andi put my hands up cause i legit only had one bullet lmao and also u really don't make sense

We consider blatantly walking around in public areas with a class 3 cop baiting. That being said this didn't seem to be a super egregious instance of that, but it is still classified as cop baiting. Given that Bob does not have a history of cop baiting, I'm going to end this with a verbal warning and the statement that any further instances of cop baiting will result in warning points.
