After conducting a review of the video evidence you have provided, I have came to the conclusion that

I took quite a close look at this video, if you head to 0:05 to 0:08 while playing the video slowly, you started running from about six doors away and clearly saw
@Mazen's player model and vehicle. This would give you plenty of time to go the opposite way or go back into the realtor, but instead you chose to run right up to him. Additionally, you could of easily unlocked and got into your vehicle instead of approaching him, which you did not do even after you killed him upon reviewing server logs.

After the robbery ended, you both went to Town Hall and openly stood there with illegal firearms... essentially baiting the cops into a gun fight.
