Reason for Report: I was walking around near gas station then in the chat that only admins can access and post in it said that there was a gas leak and that if anyone smoked near gas station the fire would start up so i went over there and tried to smoke which i did and a tiny bit of fire started then i was arrested and straight away i was kicked for FTVL. If doing that was FTVL isnt that baiting it literally said smoking would start it if it wasnt meant to happen in rp why was that posted and why did the fire start up again

Now, I'ma clear some things up and leave this to management.

I was walking around near gas station then in the chat that only admins can access and post in it said that there was a gas leak and that if anyone smoked near gas station the fire would start up so i went over there and tried to smoke which i did and a tiny bit of fire started

So. Entire gas station was on fire, before that one announcement, it was all on fire. You were running around it, minging with police and disturbing the RP. So I decided to promptly remove you so that police didn't waste their time because it was an RP enhancement that I was doing for everyone. This wasn't abuse, it was stopping you from ruining the RP.

If doing that was FTVL isnt that baiting it literally said smoking would start it if it wasnt meant to happen in rp

This isn't baiting. This is warning people. Irrelevant anyway because this isn't what got you banned in the first place

Like 3 people contributed. You weren't the only one. If it was that, all three of you would've been kicked.

Surprised you didn't bring up the other reason. You charged straight into a hideout that we made. Considering it was also burning due to the police's actions and they were in a gunfight, you were not valuing your life. As a result, you were kicked.

I see no wrong-doing here, although that isn't my role to say. So I'll leave this to management.

First of all i didnt use the other instance because i dont know if i was a photographer as valid rp plus i fail too see why what matters at all i didnt bring it up in the report so i dont see why u brought it up. Second of all i was not minging someone was trying to false arrest me for something i did but i died in that situation so i ran as they were breaking NLR and they tried to do it again when i explained they let me go

Because that initally triggered you wanting to report. And for context.

You were interfering with police business. You were close to the gas-station. Infact, this means you violated NLR, because you were killed at the gas station.

so i ran as they were breaking NLR and they tried to do it again when i explained they let me go

First, they may not have known you died

Maybe this was all a misunderstanding but i still dont get why you couldnt just tell me why i was kicked then i could have explained my side i pretty much had to make this for you to answer me i asked in game multiple times and you said "take it too forums" so i did, imo if you had just told me why i was kicked we wouldnt have had too do this i get that staff are busy but if you are going to kick someone and not let me explain then i will have to take it too forums if this thread can be closed now id appreciate it

Because it's common sense not to charge at a burning, explosive building whilst bothering on scene cops. We shouldn't have to remind you of the rules 24/7. That isn't our job. If you want to avoid things like this, read the rules.

I was in the middle of hosting an event which you were disturbing. Many players will protest and say that they like those sorts of things. I had no time to explain to you what seemed to be common sense.

Staff are very busy. Again, you shouldn't have to be reminded not to charge at a burning gas station, or a shootout etc. This is common sense. I didn't "let you explain" because there was nothing for you to explain. I saw what you did and saw sufficient reason to punish you accordingly.

You need to recap on the rules. I still see no wrong-doing in this situation, yet I may be mistaken.

It is completely illogical to run into a building with fire especially since you got a message in-game that alerted you. On top of this, if you were running around disturbing RP, this further justified Shimax's actions. He was in no way in an abuse of power for kicking you for an obvious rule-break that could have been prevented with common sense.
