So I was re reading the rules and Noticed something Any use of external or internal changes to the game to gain a crosshair in-game that isn't made by us, will result in an exploiting/cheating infraction. So what I'm Reading is that Crosshairs Are against the rules and I get that but it says To Gain a crosshair in-game that isn't made by us, Does that mean monolith has Made Crosshairs we can use in game or is this just a If there were One made by them that's the only thing you could use ?

What it means is if someone makes a External or Internal change to the game that Monolith has not done themselves via a update or change of the game-mode/server that allows you to have a crosshair is in breach of the rule. So in simple terms it means " Don't download or use a external crosshair or abuse a exploit to somehow allow the crosshair in GMOD to display while the server has it turned off."
