Read, understood and followed player report rules?: Yes. And I talked to Benpd05 About this. Benpd05 said to me he couldn't do anything because the suspect logged off right after the RDM took place. Take note that I have more video evidence to prove my point. If needed please let me know. Discord is Hyper#6816. Also please note that before the RDM the suspect shot at me and i killed him. About 6 minutes later the RDM took place. That is the Reasoning behind rule break "NLR"
